Description

The site is irregular in shape, rocky and slopes upwards from the roadway and levels off towards the building area. The site appears to facilitate good drainage of surface waters. The site is a five (5) sided pentagon shape lot with a narrow frontage on the reserved road that widens towards its rear boundary with the Parochial Road. It is slightly below the reserved and slopes moderately downwards to the rear boundary at a gradient that appears to facilitate adequate drainage of surface water. Its boundaries are unsecured and comprises small trees and shrubs in most areas. Nb: A small temporary structure is located near the front of the site.
